I WANT TO HAVE A STOLPERSTEIN LAID

The Stolpersteine – Stones of the Vanished project is open to anyone wishing to commemorate concrete holocaust victims. Our team organizes the laying of the Stolpersteine in Prague and its suburbs. For the rest of the Czech Republic, we will direct you to the local organizers (where they exist). Where there is so far no such local organizer, we are unfortunately unable to lay the stones.

As for the Prague Stolpersteine, our team will have the stone made, will seek the data on the victim which might be missing or unknown, will negotiate and obtain the necessary permissions from the Prague authorities, organize the laying of the stone itself.

You are requested to provide us with all the information on the victim and the location where the stone should be laid – the last known address of the victim prior to deportation. For the sake of „your“ stone presentation at this website, you might also want to send us a short story on the life of that victim, the photographs etc.
